Airport Pickup

International students arriving in Melbourne to undertake studies at acumen education may require airport pick up when traveling for the first time.

You must receive your CoE and a valid student visa, and booked your flight to Melbourne before requesting an airport pickup.

Please download the airport pickup form, fill it and mail to back to sso@acumen.edu.au.
Submit this airport pickup request at least three business days prior to your arrival date. It is mandatory that you book your own airport pickup service.
Please carry the email conformation of your booking on your phone for easy access.

If you do not receive your conformation, please check your junk mail and trash folders in your email. If there is any change of plans, please inform acumen education via sso@acumen.edu.au at least 24 hours prior to booking.

Alternative transfers options from the Airport
There are other options to travel from the airport to the city or your destination. You can take a taxi from designated taxi ranks located outside the terminals Or you can take a bus to Melbourne city called the Skybus – https://www.skybus.com.au/services/
