Melbourne has it all! Melbourne topped the biannual ranking of 140 cities with a score of 97.5 per cent, ahead of Vienna at 97.4 per cent. Vancouver slipped from the top spot to third with a score of 97.3 per cent. The top 10 included three other Australian and two Canadian cities; Sydney, Perth and Adelaide and Toronto and Calgary.
