I would like to apply for a deferment or a suspension of studies. How do I go about requesting for this and to whom should I speak to? Under what situation can I avail this?

You can apply through student support services by filling in the relevant forms and submitting the relevant documents. The two major circumstances as stated under the provision of The National Code 2007 Standard 13,
a) Compassionate or compelling circumstances (for example, illness where a medical certificate states that the student is unable to attend classes); or
b) Misbehaviour by the student
